The refund request must be made within 30 days after the dispatch has been confirmed.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund all items must be in the original condition, unused and with intact packaging.

Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping orders which may impact delivery time. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.

We assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. We thank you for your patience as we fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

Several types of goods are NON-Refundable/returnable. including but not limited to:

  • hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • gift cards
  • health and personal care products
  • any item that shows a signal of usage has been opened or without the original packaging
  • all products bought on offer, discounts or sale seasons.
  • Please be sure to follow the washing and handling instructions carefully. Kanut Store does not offer returns or exchanges due to the bad/incorrect washing of products according to the washing and handling instructions.

If the condition of the products sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange it.

The unit must be in like-new condition and returned In original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Kanut Store LLC reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing

A copy of the invoice, quote, or purchase receipt, may be requested prior to Kanut Store Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please contact us, and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Reason for Refund
  • Date of Purchase
  • Invoice Copy
  • Unit Serial Number
  • Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)

Once the information has been verified by us and the RA Number has been approved, we’ll give further instructions

Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.

You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to the Kanut Store warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Kanut Store is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns will be approved within 15 days of receipt of the returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as an in-store credit for future purchases.

if you have not yet received your refund, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially approved, or contact your bank it often takes some time before your refund is approved. If you have followed all these steps and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. if an exchange is approved we will replace it with the same item.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.


If you are shipping a product with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a traceable or secure carrier service for your return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
